Call Recordings - 25 January, 2016

We have received reports that some customers have not been able to retrieve call recordings. We are currently investigating to establish root cause and working to ensure all call recordings are available to be retrieved. 
 
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. We are working to resolve the issue with urgency.
