Service Disruption- 29 April Final Statement

Please see the issued statement below in regards to the incident which occurred on the 29th of April:

 

On Tuesday 3rd May, confident that the external issues had been resolved we switched calls back through our main carrier and after extensive monitoring we are able to confirm that normal service has been resumed and we are happy to close all related tickets.
