We are currently experiencing issues with outbound dialing on our Callstation system.
The current symptoms for some of our customers include; high wait times for outbound calls to connect to agents, long disposition times, and 503 Gateway timeouts.
Our infrastructure engineers are currently investigating this and more information will follow shortly. We urge customers affected to email our support team to open a ticket with us where updates will be issued - firstname.lastname@example.org
